For those of you who are familiar with my exploits on boroughVENT , you might recall my mock-trailer for a documentary on the demonstration we held here in Gettysburg on Remembrance Day weekend. Well, we wll have a folow up to that within the next few months. I won’t tell you the idea because I want it to be a surprise. But the title of this post is from the movie we are parodying. If you get that, it still won’t give it all away. Anyway, we will be looking for a handful of Civil War reenactors, preferably cavalry reenactors, sans horses. I think 10-12 should be sufficient.

Anyway, I just sat down to study the movie to be parodied and am getting excited about writing and producing this thing. I will also try to arrange a showing at the theater at Patriot Point.
